Mr.Adi:Morning, please have a set!
Tatar: Thank you sir! I am Tatar wijaya that you call for an interview. Nice to meet you!
Mr.Adi: It’s pleasure to meet you. So you are Tatar wijaya.. I am Anto kesuma chief of Human Resource department in this company. I’ve read your application letter. I interested to have an interview with you. Ok, let’s start now. Please tell me about yourself in a few words!
Tatar: I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I am Tatar wijaya. I am 25 years old. I hold a bachelor degree in economy, at University of Lampung. I am a hard worker and have big responsibility. I had spent my last 3 years working in PT. CNC as an IT Departement
Mr.Adi: Ok!, Tatar what is your strangeness and weaknesses?
Tatar: My time management skill is good. I am an organized person and I always done my work in time but I don’t like work in deadline therefore I always do my task well ahead of schedule.
Mr.Adi: In your opinion, what does success mean?
Tatar: For me success is a thing that needs a process and consistency. In addition, Success is when you can be useful for someone else. So if I work well and it can effect well to the company and society I am a successful man.
Mr.Adi: How do you handle your stress and pressure in your job?
Tatar: I am not a person who gets stress easily. I always prioritize my responsibility. I know what I should do. It helps me manage the pressure in my job.
Mr.Adi: Where do you want to be in five years from now?
Tatar: I want to develop my skill and my career here. I hope I can make my dream comes true by working in this company.
Mr.Adi: Why are you interested in working for this company?
Tatar: I know this is a good company which is engaged in public service. I also interested in this company’s motto that our priority is the consumer’s pleasure. So beside work for myself I can help the people as our consumer, especially children that become the priority.
Mr.Adi: You have worked in PT. Angkasa but why did you quit your previous job?
Tatar: I can’t grow to be a good employer in my last previous company. I want to find a new challenge and situation so that I can develop my skill and give a good contribution for this company.
Mr.Adi: why do you want this job?
Tatar: I found myself that I have a good qualification to work in this company as an accountant. Moreover, I have experience as an accountant in my previous company.
Mr.Adi: From the application that came to us, why should we hire you?
Tatar: I know that this company needs an employer who has a good qualification and high motivated. I believe that I am qualified for that position. Moreover, I am good in work as a team or individually.
Mr.Adi: Talking about salary, what is your salary requirement?
Tatar: I would rather not decide that yet. I believe that this company will be consistent with the market and give the proper salary.
